& Counselling

Designed for individuals who have the potential but lack the direction. This program walks each beneficiary through a structured journey of self-discovery, industry readiness, and professional development.

Contact Us

Our programmes are open to Indian youth between 18–30 years of age, particularly those from underserved communities, first-generation learners, rural areas, and women re-entering the workforce. There are no educational qualification barriers for most programmes.

Career Navigation & Counselling is fully subsidised. Training & Skill Development is partially subsidised — participants contribute a small amount as a commitment fee. Employment support is fully free. We believe dignity comes through investment.

Career Counselling: 1–4 weeks. Training & Skill Development modules: 2 weeks to 3 months. Post-placement employment support: 6 months. You can join any programme based on your current need.

Yes. All Training & Skill Development completions receive a certificate. For sector-specific programmes, we also facilitate external certifications recognised by NSDC and Skill India.

You can join any programme based on your current need. However, we recommend starting with Career Navigation if you are unsure of your direction — our counsellors will guide you through the right sequence.
