How We Began

Years in recruitment taught us
one hard truth.

At Adler Talent Solutions, we have spent years connecting talent with opportunity. And in that time, we saw something that couldn't be ignored.

Thousands of educated, motivated, capable individuals — unable to find their footing. Not because they lacked the will to work. But because no one had ever shown them where to start.

No career guidance. No mentorship. No industry exposure. Just a degree and a door with no handle.

We asked ourselves: what is the most lasting thing we can give?

Money runs out. Food gets eaten. Shelter adds debt.

But a livelihood — a real, sustainable career — feeds a person and their family for life.

That answer became Adler Foundation.
